That is why, his earlier Criminal Original Petition was dismissed. The petitioner has moved this Court for the second time by pointing out that out of four previous cases, only two pertains to sand theft. But, the fact remains that the petitioner is having previous cases. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
