ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent for execution of the NonBailable Warrant dated 16.07.2024 issued in S.T.C.No.409 of 2021, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Fast Track Court, Madurai, as against the 3rd respondent/accused.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the respondent Police are taking effective steps to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant and they have also collected the tower location of the accused. Therefore, they will secure the accused and produce him before the learned Judicial Magistrate within a period of one month.
