For Petitioner : Mr.S.B.Kayvin Prince For R1 to R3 : Mr.SS.Madhavan Government Advocate (Crl.Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 Police to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2023.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of 1500 Square Feet of land, situated in Survey No.179 at Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District. When un-official respondent Nos.4 to 7 have been interfering her property, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.178 of 2022 seeking for the relief of permanent injunction against the unofficial respondents. The said suit stated to have been decreed. In spite of un-official respondent is still trying to interfere, on which, the petitioner stated to have filed a complaint before the respondent Police and the same was kept pending and no protection is being given.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the respondent Police have received the representation of the 2/4
petitioner dated 06.06.2023 and they are about to initiate the enquiry and they would complete the enquiry and after enquiry, they will provide the Police protection, in case, if they feel necessary. It is further submitted that they will complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks. The same is recorded.
4. Considering the submissions made by both sides, pthis Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and dispose of the representation dated 06.06.2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and basing on the outcome of the enquiry, the Police protection be given in the case, if the Police feel it necessary.
