ORDER

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the detenue, who is the daughter of the petitioner.

2. The detenue was produced before this Court. She stated that she will go along with her mother, who was present before this Court.

4. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to proceed further with the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
