ORDER

The petitioners are accused No.1 to 4 in Crime No.513 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police which was registered for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. They have filed this application to quash the proceedings pending against them in Crime No.513 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police, on the ground that the issue has been amicably settled among themselves. 2.Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police and submits that apart from the four named accused, during the course of investigation, they found that six other accused have also been involved in the offence. He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed as against ten accused.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
