Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 08.02.2017, within the stipulated time.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.02.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
