O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the second respondent to measure the land in Survey No.2423 at Kullapuram Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni measuring 0.54.0 Ares (1 Acre and 33 cents). The petitioner had given representations on 29.08.2022 and 19.06.2023. He had also paid necessary charges on 29.09.2022 and 19.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner had purchased the property and the title stands in the name of petitioner. The patta No.4552 had also issued in the name of the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, a direction is given to the second respondent, to issue notice to the petitioner and examine the records presented by the petitioner. If there are no objections, proceed to conduct survey, according to law. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
