The Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to remove the encroachment made by the plot owners in the 60 feet road in Survey No.512/1, Avaniyapuram Village, E.B. Colony, Kovalan Nagar Extension, Madurai - 625 003, without impleading the alleged encroachers.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonjoinder of necessary parties. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition after adding necessary and proper parties. No costs.
