Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his online application No.2016/2016/0103/28/026454, dated 02.08.2016, for transfer of Patta in his name.

4. According to the petitioner, he is the auction purchaser of the property, he had purchased the property under a Court auction sale, subsequently, he filed an application through online, on 02.08.2016, for transfer of Patta in his name. But till date, the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the fact that the petitioner's application is pending from 02.08.2016, the respondent is directed to consider his application and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimant if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
