ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.09.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 306, 511, 116 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act., in crime No.102 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant were fell in love each other and since the the petitioner was arrested in a criminal case, the defacto complainant broke up the love with the petitioner and hence, the petitioner started teasing her and on 17.09.2018, when she was talking with her friends, he came inside the class room and used filthy language and threatened her to murder her parents and the matter was taken to the Principal and hence, the defacto complainant jumped from the III floor of the college. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has nothing to do with the commission of offence and out of depression, she jumped from the III floor and there are no words uttered by the petitioner against the defacto complainant to die.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; (i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikuntam; (ii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
