ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested on 01.08.2021 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.513 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved in eight cases of I.P.C offences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the same that the petitioner has been foisted with some allegations and cases pertaining to Sections 110 Cr.P.C, 107 Cr.P.C and Section 75 of TNCP Act were registered against him. But the respondent police has

given the data with regard to previous cases pertaining to I.P.C offences, which reads as follows.

-doCrime No.1991 of 2009 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 324, 342, 364, 307, 397 and 506(ii) I.P.C 8.

Aavaniapuram Police Station Crime No.925 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 201, 302 I.P.C @ 120B, 201, 302 and 364 I.P.C 4.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
