ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 323 of IPC in Crime No.20 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the nature of the allegations as against the petitioner, and considering the fact that inspite of this Court giving an opportunity, the petitioner is not able to even return the jewels of the de-facto complainant, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for the grant of anticipatory bail.
