Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to admit the petitioner's daughter viz., Miss B.Sivasangari in the 2nd respondent school to pursue XII Standard in respect of the academic year 2018-2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is as follows:- "To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to admit the petitioner's daughter viz., Miss B.Sivasangari in the 2nd respondent school to pursue XII Standard in respect of the academic year 2018-2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court." https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties that the petitioner's daughter had already been admitted in the second respondent school in XII Standard for the academic year 2018-19. In support of the above submission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing submitted a letter addressed to the Special Government Pleader (Education) by the Headmistress of the School dated 10.10.2018.

3.In view of the above development, no further orders need to be passed in the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
