ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 11.09.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of I.P.C. in crime No.256 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 09.09.2018, the petitioner and two others brake open the shop of the defacto complainant and stolen a sum of Rs.1,93,400/- and a laptop. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not involved any commission of offence as alleged by the prosecution and the petitioner and two others are working as employee of the defacto complainant and due to the dispute regarding salary, the false case been registered.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and no previous case as against the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;

(i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri. (ii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
