Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action 1.To hoist the temple flag at Thenoor Mandapam as mark of the commencement of the Arulmigu Kallalagar Chithirai Festival, 2. To print the ceremonies taking place at Thenoor Mandapam in the festival invitation, 3. To complete three full rounds with the Arulmigu Kallalagar on the palanquin around the Thenoor Mandapam, 4. To bring Arulmigu Kallalagar closer to the pond created for relieving Mandooga Magarishi of his cruse and 5.To pay the increased tax that is being paid by the Arulmigu Kallalagar to the people of Thenoor every year in Chithirai Festival.
