ORDER
The prayer in the present writ petition is to consider the petitioner's application seeking for a job under the quota of dependency of Ex-Servicemen. 2.It is needless to point out that whenever any recruitment or selection process for a public employee is called for and a quota for the dependency of ExServicemen is provided for, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in such selection / recruitment process. Thus, seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide employment under the quota of dependency of Ex-servicemen, without undergoing selection / recruitment process may not be proper. 3.In the light of the liberty granted, the writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
