ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 13.09.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 4 (1)(A) Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in crime No.885 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 13.09.2018 at about 3.00 p.m., when the defacto complainant along with other were in surveillance, they found some unknown persons were ran away from a grocery shop and on enquiry, the came to know that the petitioner is selling liquor bottles purchased from Andhra Pradesh and Pondicherry and the police party seized 38 liquor bottles from the petitioner's grocery shop. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not involved any commission of offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending.

conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;
(i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram. (ii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
