O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent ie., the Chairman & Managing Director, TANSI, Chennai to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2014 regarding the unjust recovery of a sum of Rs.26,244/- ordered by the Managing Director, TANSI in his proceeding No.62/EB1/2012 dated 25.11.2014 for the alleged loss sustained by the TANSI during the petitioner's tenure at Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Though the Writ petition is for issuing a positive direction, the learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.12.2014.

4.Having regard to the limited scope of the request of the learned counsel for the Writ petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner, dated 15.12.2014, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5.Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
