This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.13 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,21.06.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the first petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.14111 of 2022 and the learned Judge of 2/4

this Court, vide order dated 26.08.2022, has quashed the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent Police.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
