CMP(MD) No.8497 of 2021 ORDER : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the Petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 410 days in representing the civil miscellaneous appeals in CMA(MD) SR.Nos.53611 & 53612 of 2018.
