O R D E R

The petitioner seeks cancellation of the recognition and concession given to the fifth respondent. The petitioner relies on the order dated 05.05.2017 passed by the first respondent.

2. Though the fifth respondent has been served and his name is also printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on their behalf.

3. The third respondent has filed a counter affidavit. Paragraph Nos.8 and 9 of the counter affidavit reads as follows:- " 8. It is informed that, a notice has been posted on the official website of the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, stating that all the certificates for the competition of the Tamil Nadu Throwball Association for Men and Women are ineligible.

9. In addition, the recognition of the Tamil Nadu Throwball Association for Men and Women shall be revoked after the approval of the Executive Committee of SDAT. "

4. In the light of the said stand, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
