O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal and other devotee dance programme on 27.07.2019 at 07.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m in the festival of Arulmighu Sri Agasa Kaliyamman Thirukovil at Amirthapuram, Kandramanickam Post. Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct to conduct the Adal Padal and other devotee dance programme on 27.07.2019 at 07.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m in the festival of Arulmighu Sri Agasa Kaliyamman Thirukovil at Amirthapuram, Kandramanickam Post. Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 13.07.2019 and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
