2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 17.11.2016, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.11.2016 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
