Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has already filed O.S.No.48 of 2023 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi. If the petitioner has already filed an injunction application, the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If no Interlocutory Application is filed seeking injunction, it is open to the petitioner herein to file a fresh Interlocutory Application. If it is filed, it shall be numbered immediately and disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

3.With this liberty to the petitioner and direction to the learned trial Munsif, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
