ORDER

The first defendant in O.S No.157 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam is the revision petitioner herein. The said suit was instituted for the relief of declaration that the plaintiff owns one half share in the suit property. In the said suit, the revision petitioner filed I.A No.383 of 2018 for re-opening the case to mark certain documents. The revision petitioner contended that the plaintiff had mentioned his name as R.M.Meyyappan before the Bar council of Tamil Nadu. The court below by the impugned order dismissed the I.A No.383 of 2018 filed by the revision petitioner. The said order is questioned in this civil revision petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for disposal, this Court called upon the learned counsel for the respondents to produce a copy of the Bar Council enrollment certificate. The counsel for the revision petitioner was unable to produce the copy. The certificate copy produced by the respondent's counsel indicates that the plaintiff's name is mentioned only as M.Meyyappan in the enrollment certificate. Therefore, there is nothing to interfere with the order passed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the court below and the same stands confirmed. This civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
