ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry frequently.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are neighbours and without any proper reason and right, fourth respondent making continuos trouble to the petitioner and also gave a false complaint against him before the third respondent police. Based on the complaint the respondent police continuously harassed the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.35 of 2021 and the same was closed on 10.02.2021 by observing that it is purely https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.Since, the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
