ORDER

The petitioner has lodged two complaints dated 23.01.2024 and dated 31.05.2024 before the respondent Police. Since the 1/4

respondent Police has not acted upon the said complaints, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondent Police to take action on her complaints dated 23.01.2024 and dated 31.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioners' complaints were treated as petition enquiry in CSR Nos.27 of 2024 and 231 of 2024 and the same were closed on 07.05.2024. A copy of the report has also been furnished to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
