The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his proposal for one-time settlement at Rs.46,00,000/- made on 09.11.2020. 2.Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition may be closed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in S.A.No. 439 of 2020, pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai. 3.Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is closed.
