PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to direct the 3rd respondent to issue Transfer Certificates, Discontinue Certificates and other original certificates of the petitioner's sons which were produced at the time of admission in the 3rd respondent school to the petitioner's son forthwith and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to admit the petitioner's sons in any other government school for the academic year 2021-2022.
