Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to construct public library, community hall in Sathyavani Muthu Nagar, Karumbalai, Ward No.43, Madurai City consequently to direct the respondents to provide kitchen, toilet and water facilities in the Community Hall situating near Karumpalai Corporation School by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.03.2017 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Alagumani For R - 1 : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to construct public library and community hall in Sathyavani Muthu Nagar, Karumbalai, Ward No.43, Madurai City, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel has taken notice for the second respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that for the purpose mentioned in the petition a representation has been given on 06.03.2017 and the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondents 1 and 2 are strictly directed to look into the representation dated 06.03.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
