ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 07.03.2017, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2016 and dispose of the same, in the light of the proceedings No.PEN.EDP/PPO No.C635223/ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

PCR/2009-10, dated 08.02.2010 of the 2nd respondent, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
