ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent herein to give necessary police protection to the life and limb and Property of the petitioner herein by considering his representation, dated 12.06.2023.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police would submit that it is the issue between the brothers. During the course of enquiry, the private respondents were also heard and they have stated that they will not make any trouble to the petitioner. On the basis of above, the said representation made by the petitioner was closed. In view of the said submission nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
