This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third and fourth respondent to investigate the complaint of the petitioner in view of the order passed in Cr.M.P. No. 4804 of 2021 on the file of the learned JM No. II, Virudhunagar, Dt. 03.02.2022

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the order passed in Cr.M.P. No. 4804 of 2021 is pending on the third respondent.

3.In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to investigate the complaint of the petitioner in pursuance to the order passed by the learned JM No. II, Virudhunagar, dated 03.02.2022 in Cr.M.P. No. 4804 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
