ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to investigate and to file a final report in Crime No.210 of 2012.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent seeks time to file the final report.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 210/2012 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant.
