ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, originally, CSR No.360 of 2021 was registered and after conducing preliminary enquiry, a case in Crime No.342 of 2021 has been registered against three persons, namely, Suresh Kumar, Sreekumar and Sampath for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 354, 506(i) and 109 of IPC. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction. Recording the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
