This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the second respondent had conducted a detailed enquiry and FIR has been registered in Crime No.652 of 2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 IPC.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
