Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and the learned standing counsel for the second respondent.
2.The petitioner is a resident of Malligai Street, Vilangudi. He alleges that the road is in a damaged condition. A pit appears to have been dug. He wants the same to be set right.
3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The petitioner has given a representation before the second respondent.
