This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.222 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in C.C.No.82 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
