RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to direct the 1st Respondent to secure the Petitioners daughter Nithyashree (DOB.21.11.2006) aged about 15 years old by way of expedite the investigation for complying the order of this Hon'ble Court dt.24.6.2022 made in HCP(MD).No.885 of 2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Prayer in HCP(MD) No.885/2022 :

To issue a writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate Writ or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing Respondent No.1 to produce the person or body of the detenu petitioner's daughter namely Nithyashree, aged nearly 15 years old (DOB21/11/2006) and handover her custody to the petitioner. CRL MP(MD) No.9039 of 2022 In the opinion of this Court, the present petition is not maintainable, inasmuch as the main Habeas Corpus Petition itself has been closed on 24.06.2022 with a direction to the respondent police to produce the detenue, as and when she is secured, before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi under intimation to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
