ORDER
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the Board of Directors, who have initiated the proceedings to bring No Confidence Motion, have already withdrawn their request by letter dated 03.09.2019. Therefore, proceedings, as of today, are dropped.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents and also the letter dated 03.09.2019, of the Board of Directors of the Co-operative Society, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
3. In view of the observation made above, the impleading petition filed by the Board of Directors, is ordered.
