ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. The petitioner has moved the second respondent under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass final order after due enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is obliged to put the third respondent on notice before passing final order.
