This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23974 of 2025 dated 20.04.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions, and the fact that the investigation in this case is almost complete, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first day of every English calendar month until the filing of the charge sheet.
