This petition is filed seeking quashment of the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.1701 of 2022 , dated 24.06.2022.
2.The petitioners were enlarged on anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Judge, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.1346 of 2022 on 03.06.2022 with conditions. One of the condition is that they should appear and sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders. Seeking modification, the petitioners have filed this petition.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it is a dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant with regard to the property issue.
4.Considering the above said issue, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.1701 of 2/4
