Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as a "Youth Brigade" and take necessary steps to send to the training within the stipulated period and pass such further or other orders. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Jothibasu For Respondents : Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, Additional Government Pleader.
ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a Mandamus, directing the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as a "Youth Brigade" and take necessary steps to send him to the training within the stipulated period.
2.Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.According to the petitioner, this Court, vide order dated 31.01.2018 made in W.P(MD)No.3329 of 2014, had directed the respondents 1 and 3 herein, to depute the writ petitioner for training, when the next recruitment for the post of Tamil Nadu Special Police Youth Brigade, takesplace.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the abovesaid writ petition, the Department has not conducted any recruitment process and therefore, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner can be permitted to attend the training to be conducted by the respondents.
6.In the order passed in W.P(MD)No.3329 of 2014, dated 31.01.2018, it has been clearly stated that when the next recruitment for the post of Tamil Nadu Special Police Youth Brigade takesplace, the respondents 1 and 3 herein shall depute the writ petitioner for training. Therefore, this Court cannot modify or review the earlier order passed by this Court. Hence, this writ petition is not maintainable. It is for the petitioner to seek clarification of the earlier order or to work out his remedy, in the manner known to law.
7.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
