The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on his complaint dated 26.05.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner's complaint is under enquiry in CSR No.172 of 2025 dated 29.05.2025. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the enquiry by finding out as to whether the complaint of the petitioner makes out any cognizable offence or not and accordingly, take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
