The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 2 & 4 to reconsider the decision to construct a railway over bridge across LC No.6 , Sivanthipatti Road, Maharaja Nagar, Tirunelveli, by considering his representation/objection, dated 20.08.2016.
2. Today when the matter is taken up after notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and an order has been passed on 19.09.2016 and he has also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.
3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter afresh if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed on 19.09.2016 in any way. No Costs.
