2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent.

3. It is a common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required in these petitions. Hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. But, it is made clear that it is always open to the respondents to initiate appropriate legal action against misappropriation of public funds, if any. No costs.
