This petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the 1st respondent from interfering in the affairs of Arulmigu Othapanai Muniapasamy Temple, Paramakudi, which is the subject matter in O.S.NO.62 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Paramakudi, on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent.
