This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer, dated 29.08.2016.

2.The transfer, insofar as the petitioner is concerned, has been withdrawn by the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 09.09.2016. Hence, recording the same, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
