This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus seeking to forbear the respondents 6 and 7 from 2/6

restraining the conduct of exhibition in the ground owned by TELC Pattukkottai in SF.No.43/1 and 43/3 with respective TS No.120 in light of order of the first respondent in Letter No.13153/Exhibition/2022, dated 19.07.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the eighth respondent, the respondents 5 and 6 informed him to stop the exhibition, which was organized by the petitioner. Though the petitioner has complied with all the condition imposed by the first respondent vide letter No. 13153/Exhibition/2022, dated 19.07.2022, the respondents 5 and 6 asked him to stop the exhibition. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that in this regard, a peace committee meeting was conducted by the concerned Tahsildar, on 26.07.2022 and they also recorded the peace committee result in g/bt/3/2020/m7, dated 26.07.2022. The peace committee have advised the eight respondent/Marimuthu, who is the 'A Party', to approach the Civil Court with regard to the right over the petition mentioned property.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that as per the decision of the peace committee, the respondents 6 and 7 being the Deputy Superintendent of Police and Inspector of Police, should not prohibit to conduct the exhibition. 5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation in this regard, to the sixth respondent and further, the sixth respondent is directed to consider the same and take suitable action on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of three days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
